LED Lighting Services for Contractors, Designers and Distributors
Project supply, custom manufacturing and consolidated sourcing for LED lighting projects — from spec matching to delivery and support.
Project Solutions
Product selection, spec matching, and volume supply for contractor and lighting-designer projects. Send photometric targets, run lengths, and compliance requirements — we match strip families, confirm binning and documentation, and supply to your take-off, with submittal-ready datasheets and lead times you can put in front of a GC.
Typical use caseAn electrical contractor needs 2,600 ft (800 m) of COB strip matched to a photometric spec, delivered in two shipments.
Custom Manufacturing & Private Label
Private labeling, custom specifications, and made-to-order production through our manufacturing partners. CCT, CRI, chip density, PCB width, connector, reel length, and packaging are built to your drawing — with pre-production samples and binning documentation approved before any volume run begins.
Typical use caseA lighting brand needs custom-length reels with their own packaging and labeling.
Consolidated Sourcing & Shipping
Multi-supplier consolidation, unified QC, and single-shipment delivery. Strip, profiles, drivers, and controls sourced across the partner network are inspected together and shipped together — one PO, one container, one point of accountability for the whole bill of materials.
Typical use caseA distributor sourcing strip, profiles, and drivers from three factories wants one inspection and one shipment.
One spec. Multiple origins
Our qualified suppliers run factories across China, Vietnam, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries — many in more than one. The product is the same wherever it’s built, so origin becomes a lever for tariffs, lead time, and supply chain resilience.
One supplier network
Long-term suppliers with plants in China and Southeast Asia — many operate factories in more than one country, and the network keeps growing.
Same product, any origin
The same strip, built to the same drawing and QC protocol whichever plant runs it — origin doesn’t change the spec.
Origin chosen per order
We quote the origin that best balances tariff exposure, lead time, and landed cost at the time you order.
Two ways to take delivery
Whichever origin builds your order, you choose how it reaches you.
Factory-direct
Goods ship straight from the factory to you — you act as importer of record; we handle the spec, QC, and shipping documentation.
Through Unitop US
One US invoice, one accountable US entity — and you're never the importer of record. We handle everything from the factory to your door.
Every quote states the origin and lead time for each line item, so you can weigh landed cost and schedule — not just unit price.
From spec to shipment
Four steps, one accountable contact — from the first drawing to post-install support.
-
01 Spec
Share your spec
Send drawings, photometric targets, fixture schedules — or just the application and the effect you're after. There's no required format. An engineer responds within one business day with clarifying questions or a first product match.
-
02 Sample
Match & sample
Your requirements are matched against available strip families, with a datasheet package covering CRI, binning, W/ft, and IP rating. Samples ship for approval so color and output are verified in the actual space before any volume commitment.
-
03 Order
Order & QA
Production runs with binning consistency and thermal checks built into the schedule. Inspection documentation — test reports and binning records — is compiled and shared before anything ships.
-
04 Deliver
Delivery & support
Logistics are coordinated to your site or warehouse schedule, with submittal-ready documentation included. After installation, the US team stays available for wiring, dimming, and troubleshooting questions.
Questions before you order
What should I send for a quote?
Whatever you have: drawings, fixture schedules, photometric targets, run lengths, or just the application and the effect you want. There is no required format. An engineer replies within one business day with questions or a first product match.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples ship for approval so color and output are checked in the actual space before any volume order, and the approved sample is kept as the reference for later batches.
How are lead times quoted?
Every quote states the origin and the lead time for each line item, so you can weigh landed cost and schedule together. Phased shipments are planned against your site schedule at quote.
Do I have to be the importer of record?
No. You can take delivery factory-direct and act as importer of record, or buy through Unitop US on one US invoice and never be the importer of record. Each quote says which route it assumes.
What warranty comes with the products?
LED strip products carry a limited warranty of up to 5 years. Coverage depends on the product and on installation to its instructions; the warranty policy sets out what is covered and how to make a claim.
Is there a minimum order?
One full reel per SKU on standard items, so a single run never forces a bulk buy. Custom builds are quoted per job, and every quote states the minimum.
Tell us about your project
