Project supply: spec matching, submittals and scheduled releases
Send the drawings and the take-off. We match strip, channel, driver and control to the spec, return the documents your reviewer asks for, and ship in the sequence your schedule needs.
Start from the drawing, not from a catalog page
There is no required format. A reflected ceiling plan and a take-off are enough for a first match.
-
Drawings and take-off
A reflected ceiling plan or elevations, plus the fixture schedule or the take-off.
-
Run lengths
Lengths per run and the number of feeds you expect, so load and drivers can be checked.
-
Targets
Color temperature, CRI, IP rating and the photometric target if there is one.
-
Control system
0-10V, TRIAC, DALI, DMX or none, and the zones you expect.
-
Delivery windows
The release dates by area or phase, and the dates the reviewer needs the submittal.
A matched spec, the documents, and a release plan
Each item below is returned before the order is placed, so the reviewer sees the same parts the contractor will install.
Spec match
Strip, channel, diffuser, driver and control matched to your schedule, with run limits and driver load checked before anything is quoted.
Submittal-ready datasheets
A datasheet for each model, the chosen option marked wherever a sheet shows several, and a control diagram where the job needs one. Listing and certification documentation is available per model on request.
Substitution list
We put forward approved alternates ourselves, with the differences stated (CCT, CRI, output, run limit, IP rating), so the designer can accept or reject each one.
Samples and retention
Samples ship for approval so color and output can be checked in the real space. The approved sample is kept as the reference for later releases.
Scheduled releases
Larger jobs ship in phases, by area or by date. Phase sizes and release dates are agreed at quote, any minimum or scheduling limit is stated on the quote, and each line states its lead time.
Revision control
Every release is tied to the approved drawing and spec revision. When a drawing changes, you get a list of what changes and what has already shipped.
What a submittal package can contain
The package follows the project specification; this is the usual content.
| Document | What it covers | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Datasheet per model | Rated values, run limit, cut increment, IP rating | Chosen option marked |
| Driver and control data | Driver rating, dimming type, controller load | Listed as its own item |
| Control diagram | Protocol, zones, maximum loads | When the job has dimming or DMX |
| Substitution list | Alternates with the differences stated | Issued with the first match |
| Binning and test records | Color tolerance and inspection reports | Compiled before shipment |
| Listing documentation | Per model, where it exists | On request |

Share the spec
Send drawings, targets and the delivery windows. An engineer replies within one business day with questions or a first product match.
You getA reply within one business day
-
Match and sample
You receive the matched spec, the substitution list and the datasheets. Samples ship for approval before any volume commitment.
You getMatched spec, substitution list, datasheets
-
Order and QA
Production runs with binning and thermal checks. Test reports and binning records are shared before anything ships.

Project supply questions
What do I send to start?
Drawings or a take-off, the run lengths, and the color, CRI, IP and control targets. There is no required format; an engineer replies with questions or a first product match.
Do you provide submittal documents?
Yes: a datasheet for each model with the chosen option marked, driver and control data, and a control diagram where the job needs one. Listing documentation is available per model on request.
Do you suggest substitutions?
Yes. We issue a substitution list with the first match: approved alternates with the differences stated, so the designer can accept or reject each one before the order.
Can a job ship in phases?
Yes. Phase sizes and release dates are agreed at quote, each line states its lead time, and any minimum or scheduling limit is stated on the quote.
How are repeat orders matched to the first release?
The approved sample is kept as the reference, and every release is tied to the approved drawing and spec revision. When a drawing changes, we list what changes and what has already shipped.
Who answers questions after delivery?
The same US team, for wiring, dimming and troubleshooting.
