Who it is for

Buyers outside the US

The process is the same as for a US job. What changes is the voltage, the paperwork and who moves the freight.

  • Contractors and installers

Firms installing strip on hotels, retail, facades and public spaces in Europe, the Middle East and elsewhere, who want the strip, drivers and channels matched to the drawings in one quote.

  • Distributors and importers

Companies that import for their own customers and order repeatedly. Repeat buyers can open a trade account with terms set once for every order.

  • Designers and specifiers

Lighting designers and consultants with projects abroad who need datasheets, samples and a contact who answers in English during the project and after handover.

What changes

What an international order adds

The strip itself rarely changes. These are the points we settle on the quote for a project outside the US.

Drivers for your mains

Low-voltage 12V, 24V and 48V strip runs from a driver, so the strip stays the same and the driver is chosen for the local supply. Several of our drivers take a wide input, such as 100–277 VAC or 90–264 VAC, which covers 230V mains.

230V line-voltage strip

For long facade and perimeter runs without remote drivers, 230V versions of our line-voltage strip families are available and run up to 164 ft (50 m) from one feed.

Compliance documents

CE compliant and RoHS compliant options are available. Certification is held by the original manufacturing partner and coverage varies by model, so we confirm it for each line at quote; documentation is available upon request.

Metric on every spec

Power, cut points, run lengths and channel sizes are given in metric next to feet and inches, so the numbers drop straight into a European drawing.

Your forwarder, your clearance

Orders are quoted EXW or FOB at the port of shipment. Your forwarder carries the goods from there, and import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are handled on your side.

One contact across time zones

One US-based team handles the quote, samples, production updates and questions after installation. We typically reply within 24 hours, by email or WhatsApp.

Yes. We supply contractors, distributors and designers in more than 50 countries, with projects in the Middle East among our case studies. Each quote states the origin, the Incoterm and the delivery route for every line item.

Do you have 230V LED strip?

Yes. Our line-voltage strip families come in 230V versions for projects outside North America, with runs up to 164 ft (50 m) from one feed. Low-voltage 12V and 24V strip works anywhere, because the driver is chosen for the local mains.

Who pays freight and import duties?

Orders are quoted EXW or FOB at the port of shipment, and freight is paid by the buyer. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are handled by the buyer's forwarder or broker.

Do you keep stock in Europe?

No. Everything is made to order and shipped for that order, not held in a warehouse. Standard CCT and CRI combinations ship in 1 to 2 weeks and custom builds add roughly two to three weeks, plus transit.

How do I pay for an international order?

New customers pay by T/T, a bank wire transfer, in advance, against the quote or a Proforma Invoice. Terms for later orders are agreed case by case, by order size and history.

Can a distributor outside the US open a trade account?

Yes. A trade account sets the pricing basis, payment terms and documents once, from your expected annual volume, and every later order follows them.
