Use of This Website
This site and its content are provided for business information and inquiry purposes. You may not copy site content for commercial use, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Quotations & Orders
Product information on this site is for reference. Specifications, pricing, lead times, and warranty periods for any purchase are those stated on your written quotation and order confirmation. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself. Orders become binding when confirmed by us in writing.
Factory-direct and export orders are invoiced by Unitop (China) Co., Limited, our company registered in Hong Kong. Each quotation and Proforma Invoice names the company that issues it. Pay only to the bank account stated on that document; if a payment instruction ever differs from it, confirm with us by phone before you pay.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and responsibility for freight, duties, and insurance are set per order under the Incoterms stated on your quotation. Title and risk of loss pass according to those terms. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and documentation — belongs to Unitop Lighting or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, and our total liability related to any product purchase is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Warranty
Product warranty terms are described in our Warranty Policy. The applicable warranty period for your order is stated on your quotation and order confirmation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
