Coverage Summary (Limited Warranty, Up to 5 Years)
Unitop LED strip products carry a limited warranty of up to 5 years. The applicable warranty period for your order is stated on your quotation and order confirmation, and varies by product series. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation as described in the product datasheet.
What's Covered
- Failure of the LED strip to light, or section failure, caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Lumen maintenance or color consistency falling materially below the published specification for the product, under rated operating conditions.
- Manufacturing defects in the PCB, solder joints, or factory-fitted connections.
What's Not Covered

| Electrical misuse | Over-voltage, incorrect driver pairing, exceeding rated load |
| Unauthorized modification | Field repairs, re-soldering, or alterations not approved by Unitop. Cutting at the marked cut points, then wiring and sealing each cut as shown in Unitop's instructions, is not an unauthorized modification |
| Physical damage | Cuts outside marked cut points on strip that is not sold as free-cut, crushing, abrasion, impact |
| Environment beyond rating | Moisture exposure exceeding the product's IP rating, temperatures outside the datasheet range |
| Normal characteristics | Color shift and lumen depreciation within the published specification |
| Labor & installation costs | Removal, reinstallation, scaffolding, electrician labor, and site costs are not covered |
| Accessories | Drivers, controllers, and accessories carry the warranty period stated on your quotation |
How to Make a Claim
- Email sales@unitoplighting.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or video showing the affected product and the installation.
- We evaluate the claim and may request affected samples for inspection.
- Approved claims receive a remedy as described below, typically within 10 business days of evaluation.

Remedies
For valid claims, Unitop will, at its option, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or issue a credit for the affected quantity. Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. These remedies are your exclusive remedies under this warranty.
