Supply range

Our wall wash lighting program covers six LED wall washer families: interchangeable-lens bars in 27 × 27 mm extruded silicone, silicone strip with built-in 30° and 45° optics, PU-potted flexible strip that replaces bar-type washers, constant-current strip holding a 32 ft single run without voltage drop, plus DMX512 RGBW and addressable SPI RGB. Output runs 440 to 2,214 lm/m at 8 to 27 W/m, with to Ra90 and warm-to-daylight CCTs selectable per family. Ingress ratings run IP20 through . Lead times, run lengths and lens selection are confirmed at quotation.

Key features

Why contractors spec our wall washers

10° × 60° grazing to 60° wash

Three lens options on the bar families plus built-in silicone optics cover tight grazing through broad wash — the lens is specified independently of color temperature.

Wash heights up to 23 ft (7 m)

30×21 mm high-output modules throw an even wash up the full wall.

Silicone bodies that bend on both axes

The lens bars and the 70 LED/m silicone build follow curves and corners on both axes; the higher-output 140 LED/m versions bend on one.

RGBW · SPI pixel · DMX512 control

Dedicated-white color, per-segment effects, and show-grade control.

IP20 to IP67 across the program

Bare board for aluminum profile through fully sealed silicone and PU-potted construction — indoor coves to exterior facades on one platform.

32 ft (10 m) single run on constant-current families

On-board constant-current drivers hold brightness flat end to end, against roughly 16 ft (5 m) on conventional constant-voltage strip before a mid-run feed is needed.

Interchangeable-lens wall washer bar — white

A 27 × 27 mm extruded silicone bar supplied in 1040 mm sections, 24 LEDs per meter at 27 W/m, rated IP67 and IK07. Three lens options cover the range from tight grazing to broad washing, and the lens is specified independently of color temperature. The body is extruded silicone rather than a metal housing, so it bends on both axes and follows curved walls and corners. Custom lengths are cut in 250 mm increments.

DMX512 RGBW wall washer bar

The same 27 × 27 mm body, mounting hardware and profiles as the white bar, rebuilt around 3535 packages and DMX512 control. Because the housing and brackets are shared, a project can run white and color sections off one installation detail. Three lens options match the white version.

Silicone wall washer with built-in beam control

Single-piece extruded silicone with the optic built into the body, so no external lens is needed. Rated IP67 and supplied on 5 m reels. The 70 LED/m version is the only one in this family that bends on both axes — it trades output for three-dimensional shaping, which is why it is specified for curved and compound runs rather than straight ones.

PU-potted flexible wall washer

A TPU jacket filled with PU potting compound, 23.81 × 18 mm, 42 LEDs per meter at 20 W/m, rated IP65. It is specified as a direct replacement for bar-type wall washers where the run is not straight: smaller, lighter, and it follows the surface. The white version carries Ra90, the highest CRI in the wall washer program.

Constant-current wall washer strip — 32 ft single run

On-board constant-current drivers hold brightness flat across a 32 ft (10 m) single run. A conventional constant-voltage strip is limited to roughly 16 ft (5 m) before the ends read brighter than the middle, which forces mid-run feeds and additional drivers. Supplied as bare board for aluminum profile; IP67 construction is available.

Addressable SPI RGB wall washer

Pixel-addressable control for chase, gradient and animated effects, 60 LEDs per meter in a 16 × 16 mm body. This is a different control path from DMX512, not a higher grade of it: DMX drives a whole section to one color from a standard console, while SPI addresses each segment individually and needs a dedicated controller. Driver IC is selectable.

FAQ

Wall washer questions

Wall washer vs wall grazer — which do I need?

Choose a wall washer to hide texture and a grazer to emphasize it. Washers mount 6–12 inches off the wall and flood the surface evenly; grazers sit within 6 inches so light rakes across stone, brick, or fluting. If the wall has flaws to conceal, wash it.

Read the wall washer beam angle guide

What warranty do the wall washers carry?

All wall washer families carry a 5-year warranty on indoor installations and a 3-year warranty on outdoor installations, from date of shipment. The term follows the installation environment, not the model — the same fixture used indoors and outdoors carries different terms.

Read the warranty policy

What beam angle should I choose?

Match the optic to wall height and offset: 10° × 60° for close-offset grazing of tall walls, 20° × 30° and 30° for mid-throw washing, and 45° or 60° for wide coverage at greater setbacks. On the bar families the lens is specified independently of color temperature, so the optic can change without reworking the rest of the schedule.

Read the wall washer beam angle guide

How long a run can I make without visible voltage drop?

The constant-current families hold a 32 ft (10 m) single run flat. Conventional constant-voltage strip is limited to roughly 16 ft (5 m) before the ends read brighter than the middle, which forces a mid-run feed and a second driver.

Read the wall washer design guide

How much depth do I need to detail for the 27 × 27 mm bar?

The bar body is 27 × 27 mm, but the wiring base at the rear brings total depth to 38 mm. Detail recesses and coves to 38 mm to avoid reworking the channel on site.

Linear wall washer design guide

Do these products support 0-10V or PWM dimming?

Dimming is handled by the driver or controller, not by the strip itself. Any single-color family here runs on 0-10V, PWM or TRIAC dimming when paired with the matching driver, so specify the dimming protocol at the driver.

0-10V vs TRIAC vs DALI control

Is the constant-current strip available sealed?

Bare board rated IP20 is the standard build for installation in aluminum profile. An IP67 construction is available on request for damp and wet locations.

Can the white wall washer bar be supplied with DMX512 control?

Yes — the 3030 white bar can be built with DMX512 control to order. It is a made-to-order build, so allow lead time and confirm quantities when you request a quote.

SPI vs DMX for architectural runs

Which SPI driver IC is used in the addressable wall washer?

SM16703PB, FW1935 and FL1903B are all supported. Tell us which your controller expects and we will match it, or we will recommend one if the controller is not yet selected.

What is wall wash lighting?

Wall wash lighting is a linear source set 6 to 12 in off a wall and aimed so the whole surface is lit evenly from top to bottom, with no visible scallops or hot band. It flattens texture and makes the wall read as one plane of light; wall grazing is the opposite move, within 6 in of the wall, to bring texture out.

Read wall grazing vs wall washing

How far apart should LED wall washers be spaced?

Linear wall washer bars and strip run continuously, so the spacing question becomes setback and beam angle: 6 to 12 in from the wall with a 30° or 45° optic for a wash, within 6 in with a 10° × 60° optic for a graze. Where bars are broken into pieces, keep the gap at a cut point and feed each piece within its rated run so the ends stay the same brightness.
