Wholesale LED strip lights: trade accounts for contractors and distributors
Wholesale LED strip lights for companies that buy strip, neon flex and drivers job after job. Trade pricing is set by your volume when the account opens, every order is made to your specification, and the documents a submittal needs come with it.
Three kinds of repeat buyer
The account works the same way for each; what changes is what you buy and how often.
-
Electrical contractors
Firms that install strip on project after project and want one supplier for strip, drivers, channels and controls, with run lengths checked before anything is ordered.
-
Distributors and wholesalers
Distributors who add LED strip to a lighting or electrical line and resell it to contractors, ordering against their own customer demand.
-
Resellers and lighting brands
Companies that sell under their own name. Private label, custom specifications and new builds run as a program through our OEM and private label service.
Terms set once, applied to every order
The account is written down when it opens, so each quote follows the same rules.
Volume-based pricing
There is no public trade price list. Pricing is set when the account opens, from your expected annual volume and, later, your order history.
Made to order
Everything is built to order, not shipped from stock. Standard CCT and CRI combinations ship in 1 to 2 weeks; custom builds add roughly two to three weeks.
Samples and a reference
Samples ship in the exact CCT and CRI you specify, and the approved sample is kept as the reference for later batches.
Submittal documents
Datasheets with CRI, binning and watts per foot, binning and test records before shipment, and the listing for each model confirmed at quote.
Phased releases
Large orders can ship in phases agreed at quote, each release matched to the approved sample and timed to your site or warehouse schedule.
One US contact
The same team answers wiring, dimming and troubleshooting questions after delivery, for your crews or your customers.
How trade terms are set
Nothing below is a fixed price or a promise of a discount. Each item is agreed when the account opens and stated on every quote.
| Item | How it works | Where it is stated |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Agreed by expected annual volume and account history | Your account terms and each quote |
| First order | Paid by T/T, a bank wire transfer, in advance | The quote or Proforma Invoice |
| Later orders | Payment terms agreed case by case, by order size and history | Your account terms |
| Freight | Quoted EXW or FOB at the port of shipment; freight paid by the buyer | Every quote states its Incoterm |
| Minimum | One full reel per SKU on standard items; custom builds per quote | Every quote |
| Lead time | 1 to 2 weeks standard; custom adds about 2 to 3 weeks | The order confirmation, line by line |

Trade account questions
Is there a trade price list?
No. Trade pricing is set for each account when it opens, from the expected annual volume, and reviewed as order history builds. Every quote shows the price for that order.
Do you hold stock for trade customers?
No. Everything is made to order. Standard CCT and CRI combinations ship in 1 to 2 weeks and custom builds add roughly two to three weeks, so the account is planned around lead time rather than stock.
Can a contractor open an account for one project?
A single project is quoted directly through our project supply service. A trade account suits companies that will order repeatedly; the terms are the same kind, set up once.
What payment terms do trade accounts get?
The first order is paid by T/T in advance. Terms for later orders are agreed case by case, based on order size and the history of the account.
Can I sell the products under my own brand?
Yes. Private label, custom specifications and new development run as a program through our OEM and private label service, with samples approved before any volume run.
Who pays for freight?
Prices are normally quoted EXW or FOB at the port of shipment, and freight is paid by the buyer. Every quote states the Incoterm it assumes.
Do you sell LED strip lights wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale LED strip, neon flex, channels and drivers are supplied through a trade account to contractors, distributors and resellers who order repeatedly. Pricing is set by volume when the account opens, and every order is still made to your specification rather than pulled from stock.
Is there a minimum for a bulk LED strip order?
Standard items start at one full reel per SKU, so a bulk order is simply more reels or more SKUs on one PO. Volume pricing applies from the account's expected annual quantity, not from the size of any single order; large rollouts can be released in stages against one agreed specification.
