LED Neon Flex
Silicone LED neon strip lights for signage and architectural lines — top, side, and 3D bend profiles from 3×6 mm to 50×25 mm, with constant-current runs up to 98 ft (30 m).
Our neon flex program covers cross-sections from 3×6 to 50×25 mm plus Ø8–Ø25 round, bending top, side, 3D, and a full 360°. Neon strip lights come in mono, tunable CCT, RGB, RGBW, and SPI addressable versions — all on 24V, with constant-current designs running 49–98 ft (15–30 m) on a single feed. Dust-tight, and protected against temporary immersion in water. The usual rating for wet or outdoor runs that are not submerged all the time. is standard (IP66 on the micro side-view family), with IP68/IK10 rated options, plus honeycomb anti-glare and camouflage shells for exposed installations, channel letters and signs. UL Listed options are available, with documentation for your submittal package.
Why contractors spec our neon flex
True dot-free neon glow
A continuous line of light with no visible LEDs, day or night.
Top, side & 3D bend
Four bend directions trace letterforms and architecture in any plane.
Constant-current runs to 98 ft (30 m)
One feed per elevation — no mid-run brightness fade.
IP67 standard, IP68·IK10 options
Weatherproof by default; submersible and impact-rated when specified.
SPI addressable versions
Pixel control for animated signs and chasing effects.
Honeycomb anti-glare option
A louvered face cuts glare in eye-level, exposed installations.
Nine neon families, one spec conversation
Top Bend
The standard neon flex family — light emits from the top face, and the profile bends up and down along that face: waves, arcs, and outlines in one plane. Eight cross-sections from a discreet 6×6 mm to a 50×25 mm large-format profile.

Side Bend
A side-emitting profile that bends edgewise — the natural choice for channel letters, script signs, and tight letterform curves.

Where neon flex earns its keep
Signage & Logos
Channel letters, logos, and lettering formed from a continuous, even-lit neon line.
Architectural Outlining
Building contours, arches, and interior features traced with a smooth, diffused glow.
Cove & Indirect
Coves, handrails, and step details where a soft, solid line of light is the finish.
Landscape & Wet Areas
IP67 profiles for exterior outlines, bridges, and waterside features in wet locations.
Certifications
Products are sourced from qualified manufacturing partners and are available with UL Listed, ETL Listed, FCC compliant, RoHS compliant and other applicable configurations. Certification coverage varies by model. Certification is held by the original manufacturing partner. Documentation and listing information are available upon request.

Neon flex questions
Can LED neon flex be used for signs and channel letters?
Yes — signage is the primary application. Side-bend profiles trace letterforms and script curves down to a 120 mm bend radius, and SPI addressable versions animate signs without re-wiring. Channel letters typically use the 6×12 mm side-bend series.
Can LED neon flex be cut to length?
Yes — at marked cut points every 100 mm on standard profiles and every 50 mm on the nano series. After cutting, the open end is re-sealed with a matching silicone end cap and adhesive to restore the IP67 rating.
How long does LED neon flex last?
Rated life is 50,000 hours — several times the service life of glass neon. UV-stable silicone holds color and flexibility outdoors without yellowing. No gas recharge or specialized neon trade is ever required.
What is the minimum bend radius?
40 mm on the Ø8 mm nano series; most top-bend profiles bend to 60–100 mm and side-bend profiles to 120–150 mm. Bend only in the rated direction — top, side, or 3D — and never below the rated radius.
Should I choose 12V or 24V neon flex?
Our neon flex lines run on 24V — it keeps current low and enables the constant-current designs that reach 49–98 ft (15–30 m) on a single feed. Standard 24V profiles run 16 ft (5 m) per feed.
How is LED neon different from glass neon?
LED neon flex delivers the same continuous glow at 24V instead of 3,000–15,000V, with no glass and no gas. It bends by hand to a 60 mm radius, is IP67 rated for outdoor use, and lasts about 50,000 hours. Any electrical contractor can install it — no neon-bending trade required.
What is the minimum order and lead time for neon flex?
One full reel per SKU is the minimum. Standard items typically ship in 1–2 weeks; custom cross-sections, colors or cut-and-sealed assemblies add 2–3 weeks. Every quote states the lead time for the exact items on it.
Is the reel length the longest run I can install?
No. A reel is a supply length, not a run length. How far one run can go is set by the power design: our constant-current designs run 49–98 ft (15–30 m) on a single feed, and longer runs are fed from both ends or split into zones. Pieces are cut from the reel to your run schedule.
Can you build neon to our drawing, with lettering or a logo?
Yes. Send the drawing with piece lengths, lead exits and shapes. Each piece is cut on the mark, wired, sealed, tested and labeled to match, and a first article is sent for approval before the run is built.
